Exchange Policy

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of billing/receiving the product.
  
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  
• Exchange will be provided only against the same category or same value.
  
• The product will be inspected before approval.
  
• Once approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
  

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
  
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  
• The product will undergo a quality inspection before approval.
  
• After approval, customers will receive a replacement or store credit.
  
• Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
  

Not Applicable For

• Damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  
• Sale or discounted items.
  
• Products without the original packaging or invoice.

• The original invoice must be presented for any exchange or return.
