At Beyond Beleaf, all our products are made to order, specially crafted with attention to detail. Once an order is placed, we do not offer returns or refunds as a part of our policy. However, we do accept exchanges or store credit in specific cases as outlined below:
1. Faulty Items
Customers are entitled to an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the product if the item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
2. Wrong Size
If the product does not fit as expected, customers can request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of receiving the item.
- If the standard size does not fit your bedding, you may email us, and we will customize the order for you.

Share your order details and the reason for exchange.
Provide clear images of the product highlighting the issue.
Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If approved, customers will need to courier the product to us. Once received, our team will review it and guide the customer on the return or exchange process.
