Return & Refund Policy

At Beyond Beleaf, all our products are made to order, specially crafted with attention to detail. Once an order is placed, we do not offer returns or refunds as part of our policy. However, we do accept exchanges or store credit in specific cases as outlined below.

1. Faulty Items

  • Customers are entitled to an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Applicable only if the item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect.

2. Wrong Size

  • If the product does not fit as expected, customers can request an exchange for a different size within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • If the standard size does not fit your bedding, email us, and we will customize the order for you.

Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of billing.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Exchange is accepted only against the same category or value.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.

  • The product will be inspected before approval.

  • Once approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.

Not Applicable For

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  • Sale or discounted items.

Please Note

  • The original invoice must be presented for any exchange or return.

  • Beyond Beleaf reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and exchanges.

  2. Provide clear images of the product highlighting the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, customers will need to courier the product to us.

  5. Once received, our team will review it and guide you on the exchange or store credit process.

Discounts and Offers

  • Discounts and promotional offers may apply to certain products.

  • These will be clearly indicated at checkout.
